Below are some frequently asked questions to help you make your Chase Lounge reservations.


Chase is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and exciting experience for customers in the Chase Lounge. Wristbands are required to enter the Chase Lounge. A reservation via this system entitles the Chase customer and up to three of their guests wristbands for a reserved session so long as all members of the party hold tickets to the US Open for that session. A wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity. This capacity restriction may also apply when trying to re-enter the Chase Lounge at a later time during the same session.

What is the Chase Lounge?

The Chase Lounge is the Chase hospitality venue at the US Open. The Lounge offers entertainment, snacks and light refreshments while supplies last. You can make reservations for the Chase Lounge using the Chase Reservation System.

Where is the Chase Lounge located?

The Chase Lounge is located in the Chase Center immediately inside the east gate entrance to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

What is the Chase Lounge Reservation system?

The Chase Lounge reservation system is a website that allows Chase customers to make a reservation, i.e., reserve a space in the Chase Lounge during a session for which they already hold US Open tickets. Reservations made via this system entitles the Chase customer, and up to three guests, wristbands for a reserved session so long as all individuals hold tickets to the US Open for that session.

How do I access the Chase Lounge Reservation system?

If you are a Chase customer, you can enter the customer service phone number on the back of your Chase ATM card or other Chase issued materials to access the website as a new user. Once you successfully enter this customer service phone number, follow the prompts to set up your reservation profile. When returning to the website to make changes or cancellations, you can log-in with the email address and password used to create your profile in the returning user section.

What sessions are available to make reservations?

2016 Chase Lounge hours for sessions with available reservations (first come, first served)

All available sessions are fully reserved for 2016.

A waitlist is available for sessions that are filled. We will contact you via text message if space becomes available.

The session I want to attend isn’t available, why not?

The Chase Lounge is closed for private events during the following sessions and reservations are not available: 18, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.

Why does the session I want to attend have a waitlist?

Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis until all available spaces have been filled. A waitlist is available for sessions that are filled. We will contact you via text message if space becomes available.

How many reservations can I make? Can I bring a friend?

In order to allow access to the Chase Lounge to as many customers as possible, you can make a maximum of 4 reservations in the Chase Lounge. Each reservation is for one individual only. You can make reservations for yourself and up to 3 guests. Your reservations can all be made for one session, or split across multiple sessions. Your reservations are non-transferable.

How early should I make my reservation?

As early as possible! Reservations for each session in the Lounge are made on a first come, first served basis until all space is reserved. Please understand that capacity is limited and a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity.

I made my reservations, now what?

Once the reservation process is complete, a confirmation will appear on your screen. Please print or take a screen shot of this confirmation for your records to facilitate check-in. You can check in without the confirmation using the name and/or email address on the reservation.

When you arrive at the US Open on the day of your reservation you can check in for your reservation at the Chase Lounge check in kiosk at the entrance to the Chase Center or at the Chase booth. The Chase Booth is located adjacent to the food court, on your left after you pass Louis Armstrong stadium as you walk from the east gate entrance of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The booth will be on your right just before Louis Armstrong if you are coming from the South Gate.

During check-in you will receive your Chase Lounge wristbands, which are required to enter the Chase Lounge. Please understand that capacity is limited and a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity.

Is my day session reservation and wristband good for the night session, too? Can I wait in the Chase Lounge in between sessions?

No, your reservation and wristband is only valid for the session it is issued for. The Lounge is closed between day and evening sessions for cleaning.

Can I re-enter the Chase Lounge if I leave?

Re-entry is allowed within the session where you have a wristband, but not guaranteed, and will depend on Lounge capacity. If space permits, re- entry is allowed as long as you still have your wristband on your wrist.

If I have a reservation for a session but I lost my confirmation, can I come inside the Chase Lounge?

Confirmation of your reservation should be presented for check in. However, if the reservation is in your name and you can show valid identification we will be able to verify your reservation without it.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can log back into the website up until the day before the session to make changes or cancellations.

If I don’t make a reservation to enter the Lounge can I get access when I get to the US Open?

Access to the Lounge is on a first come, first served basis and reservations will be honored first. We invite you to add yourself to the waitlist for the session you will be attending and you will be contacted via text message if space opens up either in advance or on the day of your session.

I'm on the waitlist, when will I be contacted?

You will be notified in the order in which you signed up for the waitlist if space becomes available in advance of the session. If space opens up on the day of the session, you will be texted and asked to come to the booth within 45 minutes to check in and receive your wristbands.

Can I add my phone number or edit it after I’ve made my reservation?

If you are on the waitlist, you can log back into the system prior to the start of the session to edit or provide your mobile phone number.

Where do I sign up to receive a text message notification that space in the Lounge is available?

You are able to sign up and agree to get a (one) text message notification (US Wireless Carriers/Numbers only) during the reservation process. After clicking ‘Confirm Reservation’ for your waitlist reservation, you should be prompted to provide your mobile phone number in a pop-up box.

If you have disabled or blocked pop-up windows on your browser, you may need to disable this feature for chasegetsyoucloser.com in order to sign up for a text message to be notified when space in the Lounge becomes available.

What if it rains or the USTA changes or cancels a session?

The US Open schedule of play, as well as session dates, number of matches and starting times are subject to change. Lounge hours are subject to change when sessions are changed or cancelled by the USTA.
