Chase is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and exciting experience for all of its customers in the Chase Lounge while also providing for their safety and security. Chase Lounge wristbands are required to enter the Chase Lounge. A reservation via this system entitles you and your guest to a wristband for a particular session so long as both you and your guest hold tickets to the US Open for that session. Please understand that a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity. This capacity restriction may also apply when trying to re-enter the Chase Lounge at a later time during the same session. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
