FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions to help you make your Chase Lounge reservations.

Chase is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and exciting experience for all of its customers in the Chase Lounge while also providing for their safety and security. Chase Lounge wristbands are required to enter the Chase Lounge. A reservation via this system entitles you and your guest to a wristband for a particular session so long as both you and your guest hold tickets to the US Open for that session. Please understand that a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity. This capacity restriction may also apply when trying to re-enter the Chase Lounge at a later time during the same session. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

In order to allow access to the Chase Lounge to as many customers as possible, each customer profile can be used to reserve a maximum of 4 spaces – 2 reservations for 2 people - in the Chase Lounge. Both reservations can be made for same session, or they can be split across two different sessions. Each reservation is for you and your guest(s) and is non-transferable.

How early should I make my reservation?

Reservations for each session in the Lounge must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start of that session. Please understand that capacity is limited and a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity.

I made my reservations, now what?

Once the reservation process is complete, a confirmation will be emailed to the email address you registered with. Please bring this confirmation with you to the event (on your mobile device or printed out) and come to Chase booth to check in for your reservation and receive your wristband. You must show this confirmation along with ID and your Chase ATM card to receive your wristband. The Chase Booth is located adjacent to the food court, on your left after you pass Louis Armstrong stadium as you walk from the east gate entrance to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. It will be on your right just before Louis Armstrong if you are coming from the South Gate.

Can I re-enter the Chase Lounge if I leave?

If I have a reservation for a session but I lost my confirmation, can I come inside the Chase Lounge?

Confirmation of your reservation must be presented for admittance. However, if the reservation is in your name and you can show valid identification we will make every effort to accommodate your reservation.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
