FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions to help you make your Chase Lounge reservations.

Chase is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and exciting experience for customers in the Chase Lounge. Wristbands are required to enter the Chase Lounge. A reservation via this system entitles you and your guest to a wristband for a specific session so long as both you and your guest hold tickets to the US Open for that session. Please understand that a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity. This capacity restriction may also apply when trying to re-enter the Chase Lounge at a later time during the same session. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

What is the Chase Lounge Reservation system?

The Chase Lounge Reservation system is a website that allows Chase customers to reserve a place in the Chase Lounge for you and a guest during a session for which you already hold US Open tickets. A reservation via this system entitles the reservation holder and his/her guest to a Chase Lounge wristband for the reserved session once you arrive at the US Open.

What is the Chase Lounge? Where is it?

The Chase Lounge is located in the Chase Center immediately inside the east gate entrance to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The lounge offers entertainment, snacks and light refreshments while supplies last.

How do I access the Chase Lounge Reservation system?

The reservation system can be found at www.chase.com/chaselounge Customers must enter the customer service phone number from the back of their Chase ATM card or other Chase issued materials to access the system as a new user. Once you successfully enter this customer service phone number, follow the prompts to set up your reservation profile. When returning to the system to make changes or cancellations, you can log-in with the email address and password used to create your profile in the returning user section.

What sessions are available to make reservations?

Chase Lounge hours for sessions with available reservations (first come, first serve):

All available sessions are fully reserved for 2014.

The session I wanted to attend isn’t in the available selections, why not?

Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis until all available places have been filled. If a session has filled it will no longer be available for booking. The Chase Lounge is hosting private events during the following sessions and reservations are not available: 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24.

How many reservations can I make? Can I bring a friend?

In order to allow access to the Chase Lounge to as many customers as possible, each customer profile can be used to reserve a maximum of 4 spaces – 2 reservations for 2 people - in the Chase Lounge. Both reservations can be made for the same session, or they can be split across two different sessions. Each reservation is for you and one guest and is non-transferable.

How early should I make my reservation?

As early as possible! Reservations for each session in the Lounge are made on a first come, first served basis until all space is reserved. Please understand that capacity is limited and a wristband does not guarantee automatic entry into the Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity.

I made my reservations, now what?

Once the reservation process is complete, a confirmation will appear on your screen. Please print or take a screen shot of this confirmation for your records to facilitate check-in. You can check in without the confirmation using the name and/or email address on the reservation. When you arrive at the US Open on the day of your reservation you can check in for your reservation at the Chase Lounge check in kiosk at the entrance to the Chase Center or at the Chase booth. The Chase Booth is located adjacent to the food court, on your left after you pass Louis Armstrong stadium as you walk from the east gate entrance of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The booth will be on your right just before Louis Armstrong if you are coming from the South Gate. During check-in you will receive your Chase Lounge wristbands, which are required to enter the Chase Lounge.

Is my day session reservation/wristband good for the night session too? Can I wait in the Chase Lounge in between sessions?

No, your reservation and wristband is only valid for the session it is issued for. The Lounge is closed between day and evening sessions for cleaning.

Can I re-enter the Chase Lounge if I leave?

Re-entry is allowed within the session where you have a wristband, but not guaranteed, and will depend on Lounge capacity. If space permits, re-entry is allowed as long as you still have your wristband on your wrist.

If I have a reservation for a session but I lost my confirmation, can I come inside the Chase Lounge?

Confirmation of your reservation should be presented for check in. However, if the reservation is in your name and you can show valid identification we will be able to verify your reservation without it.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can log back into the system prior to the start of the session in question to make changes or cancellations.

If I don’t make a reservation to enter the Chase Lounge can I get access when I get to the US Open?

Access to the Lounge is on a first come first served basis and reservations will be honored first. We cannot guarantee that there will be access available on site if Lounge reservations are fully subscribed for that session.

What if it rains or the USTA changes or cancels a session?

The US Open schedule of play, as well as session dates, number of matches and starting times are subject to change. Lounge hours are subject to change when sessions are changed or cancelled by the USTA.
